    Responsibilities

    Intermediate level individual contributor position responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, analysis and administration of incentive compensation programs for sales personnel.  Provides expertise on problem resolution and with regular sales plan performance analysis, trend analysis and basic design modeling.  Prepares regular management reports and may assist more senior members with more complex analysis and reporting.  Oversees incentive payment processes including the calculation, audit and submission of incentive plan payments to the Payroll function.  Assists in the development of standard processes and procedures for the department and helps ensure plan administration adheres to all regulatory and company policy and procedure requirements.  Contributes to the development, generation and communication of incentive plan results to plan participants.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists in the development, implementation, analysis and administration of sales incentive programs.

    • Conducts regular sales plan analyses and produces standard and ad hoc reports for senior executives and sales management.

    • Helps generate and communicate scorecard and/or commission plan results to plan participants.

    • Assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.

    • Calculates incentive plan payouts and submits payment file to Payroll.

    • Helps educate plan participants and line management on plan design mechanics and responds to participant questions as needed.

    • Review Callidus reports for accuracy and reasonableness
    • Create and edit rules within Callidus 
    • Work with teammates on researching and resolving missing credit requests

    Qualifications

    Skills:

     

    Project Management, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving skills, analytical skills 

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 to 5 years business experience in finance, auditing, compensation or closely related field.
    • Experience with Callidus.
    • SQL query writing
