Intermediate level individual contributor position responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, analysis and administration of incentive compensation programs for sales personnel. Provides expertise on problem resolution and with regular sales plan performance analysis, trend analysis and basic design modeling. Prepares regular management reports and may assist more senior members with more complex analysis and reporting. Oversees incentive payment processes including the calculation, audit and submission of incentive plan payments to the Payroll function. Assists in the development of standard processes and procedures for the department and helps ensure plan administration adheres to all regulatory and company policy and procedure requirements. Contributes to the development, generation and communication of incentive plan results to plan participants.
