    Responsibilities

    Support the SDA Office by serving as a liaison for SDA Office and Domain Owners.  Coordinate periodic meetings with Domain Owners to ensure data integrity is aligned between Global JIRA, Velocity and other databases.  Perform ad hoc analysis as needed on our SDA portfolio.  This position will also support our Efficiency team as needed.  The ideal candidate needs to be an effective communicator, have good data management skills, demonstrate an understanding of the relationships between the bank’s different databases of record.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accountability between Velocity & SDA databases
      • Relationship between GL, CAPEX list & SDA tool balanced & maintained
      • Track monthly OPEX vendor spending on SDA projects
      • Work with stakeholders to identify and maintain relevant data fields in each database
    • BUFs Reporting
      • Maintain record of monthly BUFs expense adjustments
      • Work with other lines of business to explain variances for consolidated management reporting
      • Prepare executive summaries for management review
      • Use local forecast to support monthly BUFs reporting
    • Efficiency Committee
      • Consolidate supporting documents for Efficiency Committee deck (financials, approvals, etc.)
      • Work with line of business stakeholders to obtain relevant data for project review
      • Ensure supporting documents are added and reviewed in a timely manner to maximize management time for review

    Qualifications

    • 1-3+ years of Financial Analysis or Accounting preferably in a line of business support function.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
    • Bachelor's degree in MIS strongly preferred.
    • Strong computer skills with advanced use of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. 
    • SQL experience and database management strongly preferred.
    • Excellent oral / written communication skills required
    • Superb analytical skills to research, interpret, and prepare a variety of complex reports and analyses.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify root-cause issues that are complimented with end user solutions.
    • Exhibits strong proficiency in matters related to time management, task prioritization, and the communication of deliverables to management and business partners alike.
    • Highly adaptive
    • Knowledge of financial industry or banking preferred.
    • Must have ability to work with highly confidential information.
    • Bilingual candidate preferred.
    • Must have the ability to forge excellent working relationships with all levels of management.
