Payments Business Analyst will be a highly motivated, creative and collaborative individual with great ability to understand how Payments and Consumer Loans data relates to client satisfaction and profitability. A successful candidate will passionately love numbers and will play a critical role in providing analytics to help the team understand key metrics related to risk, process, finance, budget, etc. This person will evaluate and analyze all sources of Client and Business intelligence to enhance the dashboard view of the Payments and Consumer Loans reporting. The Analyst will be highly motivated by the bank’s vision and should passionately embrace change while demonstrating the “can-do” attitude. The Analyst will work closely with the Director of Payments and Consumer Loan Analysis on collaboration across multiple lines of business and management levels to understand the needs of all clients, while aligning with the overall visions of the Global and US groups.
