Effectively manages a portfolio of relationships; produces revenue and sales production and compliance with Private Client Services Group policies.
Provide quality service to PCS customers and assigned relationships in accordance with client service standards and Compass Bank policies.
Essential Functions: Maintains and grows a portfolio of clients which generate revenues (minimum of $1 ,000,000) and a profit to the Bank. Will migrate clients who do not meet the profile of the Private Bank or Private Client Services Group to the appropriate channel Build and maintain book of business by: - Helping clients define their financial goals and objectives. - Analyzing client"s current financial resources and financial position. - Identifying appropriate Compass products and services to help clients attain their objectives. - Ensuring clients are introduced and partnered with appropriate Compass specialists inside and outside the Private Client Services Group. - Obtain client referrals and additional assets. - Meet all contact, referral and service standards.
Ensure compliance with all document provisions, tax and fiduciary laws, policies and procedures, working with PMs to detennine or confinn investment objective, asset allocation and establish investment policy.
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of benefits and features of all Compass products and services as well as a good working knowledge of wealth/asset management issues relative to HNW clients.

Meet credit history and criminal background requirements associated with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry registration process, to include FBI fingerprint criminal history and review of credit report. 2. Must meet credit history and criminal background requirements associated with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority registration process, to include FBI fingerprint criminal history, review of credit report, civil litigation, liens, and other public records.
