Working independently or as part of a team, Business Process Analysts will analyze processes, identify areas of opportunity, define projects to improve performance and drive those projects to completion. Analyst will manage some or all aspects of projects (depending on level of Analyst), including creating project plans, facilitating project team activities and meetings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and communicating progress and results.
This position will have responsibility for leading a team of analysts who execute reviews of all RESL products. The incumbent will be accountable for the implementation of effective strategies that will result in a reduction of loan level defects and maintain it over time, through collaboration with key internal stakeholders and interaction with personnel within other departments. The incumbent will exhibit a commitment to employee engagement, customer service and risk management.
