Backed by BBVA, Covault is creating a consumer app and network service that enables everyone to privately and securely store, manage, and control the information that makes you you. Through this network service, businesses can more easily verify their customers, reducing costs and increasing conversions as a result.

 

Covault is looking to bring on a leader to build our customer support function from the ground-up.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build the culture, systems, and structure of a customer support team
  • Recruit, train and manage a team of customer support agents
  • Ensure an incredible customer experience across all touchpoints between Covault and our customers
  • Collaborate with our product and operations team to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Define customer success KPIs across the company

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years in customer support or customer success; financial services or identity / cyber-security experience preferred
  • A track record of leadership in customer success roles
  • Experience managing customer support teams
  • Familiarity with best practices, tools, and systems
  • The chops to develop a strategy and vision for customer success across the company
  • Eagerness to be a hands-on contributor
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage companies
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) candidates preferred
