The Quality Control Analyst will conduct reviews of all types of Retail loan products, from an origination, servicing & default servicing standpoint. These reviews will be performed in accordance with the bank’s Quality Assurance & Control program and accepted agency Quality Control standards. Responsible for ensuring that loans are originated and serviced in a manner which ensures investment quality, processing and underwriting according to BBVA Compass Bank policy as well as secondary market, investor guidelines and compliance with all applicable federal and state laws / regulations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet credit history and criminal background requirements associated with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry registration process, to include FBI fingerprint criminal history and review of credit report.
