General Summary:


This position will be responsible for monitoring and assigning all incoming work for the Commercial & Industrial closing team.  Daily work will include administrative functions within the team to include monitoring queues, monitoring group email boxes, and managing daily work assignment activities.   


Key responsibilities:


  • Monitor CLO work queue
  • Monitor group email and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assign loans daily and manage workload to ensure even distribution of work amongst team members
  • Set up electronic files using a standardized template by loan type
  • Order searches and reports for due diligence items to include flood certificates, Certificates of Good Standings, and lien searches, as needed
  • Assist in compiling and tracking documents required for closing and funding a loan according to the Approval Request Report
  • File documents in the system
  • Complete transmittal sheets and bar-coding for closing/trailing documents and follow-up documents.
  • Assist with office related duties such as: process all federal express packages, mail duties internal and external, process invoices, reconcile past due invoices, verify proper functionality of office equipment, and order supplies.
  • Assist on various research projects
  • Handle any miscellaneous servicing and/or maintenance requests related to the loan portfolio, as needed



Qualifications / Skills / Experience: 


Minimum requirements

  • High School diploma or GED or an equivalent of 2 years of administrative work experience

Desirable requirements

  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Phone etiquette
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail Oriented. Must be able to identify loan documents and lien perfection documents
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to handle stress and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels within the organization
  • Basic commercial lending/commercial loan processing experience
