What will you be doing?

Function:  This position will provide support for the day to day processing on ALNOVA applications as well as providing support for any project or requested change efforts. Support will be provided for any and all areas of the bank. Monthly goals and SLA’s must be met and are defined regarding Resolution Efficiencies, Resolution Times and Continuous Improvements.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Central point of contact for ALNOVA functional support for day to day processes and for projects and change efforts.
  • Work with technical team members and developers regarding issue resolution and implementation of code changes.
  • Work with Deployment Services to perform online validations for all ALNOVA applications for code deployments
  • Maintain a yearly schedule for online validations and IPL’s

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (Skills):

  • Must be able to work in time sensitive environment
  • Must be able to interact with multiple departments and management while meeting monthly goals
  • Must have ALNOVA Deposit and CIF functional application knowledge – interfaces and processes
  • Strong analytical skills needed
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General understanding of banking
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, Jira, Remedy, Google, Content Viewer and Document Direct
  • Understanding of QA – good knowledge of process and testing. Good understanding of test cases/plan is preferred.
  • Ability to write and understand simple queries is preferred.
